This ‘birth’ chart is at best dismal. I am not fond of, or prone to this kind of declaration, yet I am drawn to telling it like it is.
This inauguration chart does not apply to Biden’s first day as President — rather to the entire length of his stay in office.
Biden’s birth chart echoes the theme of ‘hidden enemies’, in that his natal sun in Scorpio shines enigmatically in the 12th house.
The Greek astrologers called the 12th house the joy of Saturn.

The 12th house is associated with secret sorrows, hidden enemies, and the seeds of rebirth. These themes seem to be repeated in the inauguration chart of January 20, 2021.

Biden’s birth chart reveals not only Mars the killer in its own traditional sign of Scorpio, but also major oppositions from Uranus in the 6th house. Greek astrologers called the 6th house the Joy of Mars.

Presidents are most often sworn in at noon on this day, January 20, 2021. Notice that the two planets just mentioned, Mars and Uranus, are conjunct in Taurus in the 12th house in the swearing-in chart.
Further, regarding destructive combinations of planets, the inauguration chart emphasizes eight major squares among the dynamic planets of Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Pluto. Squares are of the nature of Mars; including, strife, conflict, and disregard for others.

Killer Mars in this chart is exactly conjunct explosive, sudden, and reversal prone Uranus, both in Taurus. Mars in Taurus {or Cancer} is often considered the implacable enemy, who won’t back down once cornered or aroused. The moon in this mundane chart is also in the 12th house. Moon rules the 4th house of Cancer, also called the end of the matter. At noon it reaches the 29th degree of Aries. The moon symbolizes fortune, the public, and instinct. The 29th degree is called the anaretic or weeping degree.
Pluto the co — or modern ruler of Scorpio, is conjunct the MC, from the 9th house. This along with Venus in the 9th house indicates manipulation from foreign powers. Venus is the ruler of the 12th house of Taurus in this chart.

In general, I am opposed to conspiracy guessing. A theory is a guess. We can guess NBC, ABC, CBS, BBC and BB King are you know behind — well everything. By now it’s more than a bit of a bore.
However, it is intriguing to note that Joe Biden wanted to surround Russia {read Vladimir Putin} accepting Belarus, and Ukraine into NATO. This means that Putin would be more prone to act out revenge by death of another political opponent.
